Ben Moeller-Gaa – USA (PJ30)

halloween eve
haunting
the candy bowl

the spot
where the river widens
my lie

jumping into
someone else’s work
leaf pile

New Year —
an Intention List
written in pencil

all January
panettone and pandoro cakes
for breakfast

watching now
the size of dinner plates
80’s shoulder pads

4 am rerun
knowing the end
before it ends

4 am
keeping bad dreams
at bay

4 am
